LIABILITY: Happy Healthy Pup reserves the right to refuse service to an owner who's pet is not healthy enough to enter a behavior modification program, or one that is severely aggressive, posing a threat to other people, dogs or the community. We reserve the right to end dog training at any time if a dog is considered to be a threat to others and cannot be properly managed by it's owner. We also reserve the right to forfeit any any refund to such client. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Happy Healthy Pup, owner and all trainers employed by, harmless from all liability for any loss, damage or injury to persons, animals, property or other arising from or related to owner's dog. Owner also agrees that Happy Healthy Pup and/or trainers working under the HHP name, shall not be liable for loss or damage to their dog for any reason unless said loss or damage was a direct result of trainer's negligence. By typing your name on this form you are agreeing to these terms. PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due in full at the time of services. We are not able to provide refunds for a client's cancellation or failure to attend or complete a training package, or other training service. If we need to cancel a service for any reason and are not able to reschedule it for a time that is convenient to you, you will receive you choice of a refund or a credit towards another service. We do not provide refunds for any other reason.
